01. Acceptance of Terms

By utilizing the digital assets, data streams, or visual reports provided by Qatar Data Observatory, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these conditions. Access to our intelligence platform is a privilege, not a right, and remains at the sole discretion of QDO management.

02. Professional Use & Data Security

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer our BI algorithms or scrape data systematically without written consent. All analytics exported from the portal are for the internal use of the registered subscriber. Sharing login credentials or bypassing our multi-factor authentication protocols constitutes a material breach, leading to immediate account termination and potential legal action under Qatari cyber-law.

03. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary graphics, original data models, and the "Qatar Data Observatory" brand identity are protected trademarks. While we encourage the use of our insights for strategic planning, the "look and feel" of our dashboards remains the exclusive property of QDO. Attribution is mandatory whenever our data points are used in public-facing publications or ministerial reports.
